更新日期：2026-09-30。使用 HiMoney 即表示你同意本条款，并同意遵守适用于通过 App Store 分发之应用的 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）（若适用）。
Last updated: 2026-09-30. By using HiMoney, you agree to these terms and, where applicable, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps distributed via the App Store.

The App provides currency conversion, market-rate display, and subscription spend logging. Features may change over time.

Rates and in-app content are for information only and are not investment, FX trading, tax, or other financial advice. Rely on banks, brokers, or authoritative sources as appropriate; decisions are yours alone.

免费版可能展示第三方广告。广告内容由广告网络及其客户提供；我们不对广告内容作保证。购买去广告后将停止展示应用内广告。
The free version may show third-party ads. Ad content is provided by ad networks and their customers; we do not warrant ad content. Purchasing Remove Ads stops in-app ads.

付费功能（如一次性移除广告）通过 Apple 应用内购买提供，适用 Apple 的支付、税务与退款规则。除非法律另有规定，数字商品一经交付通常不可退款（以 Apple 政策为准）。
Paid features (such as one-time Remove Ads) are offered via Apple In-App Purchase and follow Apple’s payment, tax, and refund rules. Unless required by law, digital goods are typically non-refundable once delivered (subject to Apple’s policies).

你不得滥用服务、干扰系统运行，或以违法方式使用本应用。
You may not abuse the service, disrupt systems, or use the App unlawfully.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for rate inaccuracies, outages, or indirect or consequential damages.
